Terms & Conditions of Sale

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with Hometile Studio.

Selections & Quotes

Selection of suitable tiles is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Always confirm that items listed on your quote are the ones you have chosen.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Order-in items are sold by the box only. For special orders, please contact us for delivery timeframes and terms & conditions.

Any quantity estimates provided by Hometile Studio are indicative only. Always verify your quantities independently.

Delivery

We recommend that someone is present when tiles are delivered.

Tiles must be checked upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Prior to Laying

It is the responsibility of the tiler, builder, or homeowner to inspect all tiles before laying.

Confirm you have the correct quantity before work commences.

Natural variation occurs between tile batches. Samples are indicative of colour and finish only.

Always discuss layout with your installer before tiling begins.

General Information

Tiles are a natural product and variations in shade and size are to be expected.

Australian Standards define the acceptable variation and imperfection allowable in any batch. Sizes indicated are nominal only.

Always use the correct adhesive for the tile material and substrate selected.

Always clean grout, adhesive, and wax from tile surfaces promptly.

We will not accept any claims for replacement, repair, or reimbursement once tiles have been laid.
